Paeng's Bowling Center

|

One of the easiest sport to love and learn, Bowling can be a lifelong interest or a bleak fixation which you can easily let go.

I've tried it ages ago, back when all is a game you can lose and when I had no sporty bone in me. My first two throws were strikes! And then, adrenaline rush.

I had another chance on it last Friday with officemates. A healthy competition among colleagues??? Who were we joking??? We all we're competitive, at least I know I was. But it was all for fun and fun did we have.

We played at Paeng's. I think they had around a couple of dozen of lanes. It's near the Cinemas (we were at their Eastwood Branch) so if you feel tired of throwing balls, you can just give up bowling over a good movie. Aside from bowling lanes, they also have rows of pool tables and a room for a game of darts. Good news for big boys and girls who smoke, they have rooms where you can smoke (nothing beats a good game over ice cold beer with cigarette at beckons length).

For those who don't have much of an athletic bone or those who have friends who are, inviting friends to bowl will be much easier than go out for a game of soccer or basketball to make you feel the rush of being "in the zone." If you aren't that successful in gathering your friends, you can always play alone and be a sporty loner. It's better that way, you win all the time. :)

Paeng's holds disco bowling nights, and for those who are fascinated with bright, random lights like me, it'll surely be a treat.
